2025-26 New Mexico pubs are up.

I dunno, there's no elks in NM.
I’d love for another elk tag, but I’ll be honest…. I’d be tickled to get another antelope tag this year. Last time I had one was 2022 and I’m antsy for some antelope meat.

20% reduction in rifle pronghorn tags in the NE. Bummer.

I'd recommend to all those people that are thinking about applying to not even waste your time opening up the booklet. There was a double in cost for NR tags, they cut the NR portion by 50% and slashed tags overall by 10%. You are wasting your money applying and its already extremely difficult anyways finding any animals in the desert wasteland that is NM. You're welcome.

A real bummer. Even if you draw the odds of seeing something just suck

Just listened to commish meeting.
Seems Catron county will get a meeting in Reverse in Aug. Fair grounds. County rep lobbied for it.
Oh boy. Pissed off ranchers & hunters. On their home turf. LOL

Does anyone know if the OTC javelina tags are subject to the 6%NR cap? Or is it first come first served? Thinking of a late season quail/predator/javelina hunt for next winter.
