Waiting as well. The new state controller office software system is a mess so I wouldn’t be surprised if that slows them down

Yes, actually a friend paid with HIS card via in person sale at cabelas and then the check came to me.

That is a good friend.

I applied for my daughter through the online licensing system. It was a credit back to the card last year. I am guessing buying at Cabelas got you the refund by check and allowed you to avoid the “convenience fee.”
