11-1 is what I expect from this schedule , @ Penn St is the only game I see the Ducks possibly losing right now , the @Iowa is the other one that has my attention but Iowa’s offense is still stuck in 1955… ha ha the B1G 10 gave my Ducks a good chance to return to the B1G10 championship game again. Wisconsin, usc, washington, even Minnesota are all teams that might suprise you too.

Luckily they avoided any late outdoor play in the midwest that can really make underdog (especially ones with good defense and awful offense) games close.

I’ll cry , but didn’t u mean cats 35 Ducks 132 …. Ya left the 1 off ! I won’t enjoy that game actually, with the cats being my 2nd favorite team , get it over and move on to the next one … it will be a 1st start for both the cats and the ducks new QB’s as both teams turn the page on their former QB’s

Grant Vigen, quarterback for the Gallatin Raptors AA high school undefeated regular season football schedule just as his dad was Big Sky undefeated and FCS Coach of the Year, has signed up to play for his dad as a Bobcat. 'Should be fun to watch, whatever position Grant plays.

I still feel bad for the BEAVS !!! My dad’s favorite team , and the Cougs as well !!! Still wish the PAC 12 never collapsed, wonder if UCLA and the Trojans regret leaving for the B1G….. time will tell how those teams navigate the realignment, USC is a dumpster fire 🔥 several of their top players from 2024 have joined the Ducks through the portal with another of their top guys being recruited now by Oregon in the portal…..

The jump to the B1G seems to have given a slight boost to Oregons recruiting prowess, which was already great under Lanning….
 
Meh, conference power rankings can be attributed to about a dozen portal hired guns...pendulums swing accordingly. Beck's in the portal...prolly Ewers if he doesn't draft declare.
 
Big10 had 4 teams in due to scheduling. Texas was in due to scheduling, too. Only one of the Big10 teams played more than one good Big10 team, and that was Ohio St. Texas only played Georgia. ND only got in because of their scheduling was so weak. The rankings were always a joke.

ND beat Georgia because Georgia didn't have their QB and Kirby Smart chose to make coaching mistakes. Texas might have still lost but the play call at the 1 was about as bad as it gets. That game went from 21-14 with Texas at the 1 to 28-14.

We can pretend that more SEC schools shouldn't have been in because they lost to 6 win teams, but Ohio State lost to 6-5 Michigan at home. If we say only 1 win teams should have been in, Ohio State wouldn't have been in, and they are going to win it all.

Bottom line, we just happen to have a perfect storm. It's not reflective of any conference strength or weakness.
 
Breaking news:

The first college football game was played on November 6, 1869 between Rutgers University and the College of New Jersey (now Princeton University). Rutgers won the game 6–4.

Supposedly Princetons starting QB was injured and that why Rutgers won. (Side note, foreshadowing of the B10 being dominant).

For real though JFC🤡 do you stop?
