2024 College Football 🏈 Season starts tomorrow…. Yee Yee

Stealing signs? It's absolutely true and confirmed by Connor Stalions.

But, even if he didn't admit it, how else could a pretty bad South Caroline team beat both Tennessee and Clemson (at home) while wearing wristbands when they never wore them at any other game.

Of course, you'd also have to ignore that Connor Stalions was at several games on the sidelines with photographic evidence.

It's ok though. That's just one win out of a few decades that's suspect.
SEC will be wholly irrelevant soon.

Saban left because he wasnt the only one in ncaa free agency.

pretty bad South Caroline
They’re 9-3. Only bad game they played was the opening against ODU. All 3 losses were to good teams (LSU, Bama, and Ole Miss). Guess we have different definitions of ‘pretty bad’. Also, they didn’t play Tennessee this season.

Also, refs were horrible pretty much all season for everybody but they absolutely made a game changing call in that LSU game. I’m not a SC fan but they got screwed on that one

Every team that figured out how to moderately confuse Milroe beat Alabama this year. I don’t think Michigan did anything extraordinary, good way for them to finish the season though
I don't think Milroe was confused in the games they lost. He was pressured, and the receivers were covered. That's not a special defense or faked coverage.

Pressure and coverage was the same thing Michigan did to Ohio State. If everyone could do it, they would.

Michigan is sec north
Nope, Michigan is the sign stealing champs. ;)

It looks to me like the SEC lines are a bit off, but since they were equally off on both the offense and defense, it wasn't noticeable until they played teams with better lines.

Fwiw, Michigan lost to Texas (SEC) this year already 31-12.

Lol - i thought texas was a soft big 12 team that was gonna find out about "sec speed" on defense.

ah well oregon will roll em

To be clear, Texas didn't play Ole Miss, Tennessee, LSU, or Alabama. They lost to Georgia twice including once at home. Their schedule was very advantageous. I don't think this year was much of an indicator.

Their schedule was similar to Oregon, Indiana, and Penn State. Of the top four teams in the Big10, they each only played Ohio State and only Indiana played Ohio State at Ohio State. We simply don't know how good they all are. We are going to find out though.

Listening to Bama on the radio. Excited to see (well, hear, I guess) the offense that Kalen DeBoer has cooked up.
What a brutal year that ended up as. Early in the year I was ready to get rid of Kane Wommack but he turned the defense around for the most part by the end. Still not sure he's the right man for the job but he earned some breathing room.

If Jalen Milroe returns I will cry. He needs to go. A portal transfer QB would be a life saver.

Overall I'm happy with the job DeBoer has done considering the situation he was put in. I really hope he can begin to transform this offense in the off-season. Bowl win would've made this a solid first year. Without it, I'd call it tolerable. Winning record and we beat Auburn. I remember when that was all that mattered.
