Once the Eagles took the trophy I routed to packing for a flight set at 6am tomorrow (I'm in ET currently). Scuba / sport fishing charter with wife and a couple friends in Florida for a few days - Fort Lauderdale and Tavernier areas.


@jabber , For the Scheel's $50 g/c, PM me your address. This was owed to Forky from the last event. He requested to roll it into this prize pool and for the First Lite $50 g/c, @Hilljackoutlaw will PM you. Thank you for your contribution, Hilljack! Appreciate the sweet addition! JABBER: For the customize specific items, whiskey glasses, coasters, and maple cutting board, PM me your thoughts on what you would like and we'll review to make sure we're on the same page. My wife will begin work on these when when we return from our trip.

I agree. At some point in the second quarter, this competition became more interesting than the game itself. Pretty fun. Got me off my duff to get those duck stamps donated too.

This was fun, @Sytes. I am not a gambler by any stretch, but with a conservation donation it is win-win for everyone. If you do something like this again feel free to give a couple months notice and I might be able to craft and donate something to the prize pool.

Thanks for your donation! Being part of Hunt Talk has led to a vast greater understanding far beyond my pre- 2009 gripe-fests with hunt friends around the campfire. Sure an occasional sit in at an R1 or R2 FWP meeting... That led to griping though ACTION! Legislative action and joining and supporting organizations all took a turn for the greater understanding via this website.
