I applied for muzzleloader for exactly this reason. I'm hoping my strategy of assuming the EZ-mode hunters didn't apply this year, works.

What? You can’t use optics on muzzleloaders anymore?

None of them have been my fault. Just jumping my shots or a cross wind. Probably because of all the bow hunters taking bad shots all year.
