I'm just looking to try to hit a 30x40 inch steel plate.

I'm still wondering why the 6.5 Manbun was even made? T-Rex has been extinct for how long now?
No way to drop one at 10 miles DRT with the CM.

Messing around with freebie calculator here an seeing your a fellow flat lander in central PA. Also choosing 3000fps with the Berger 195gr EOL bullets. Not sure even with the 30" barrel you can get that velocity though.

I have seen about a "structured" barrel recently. Concept seems interesting to me. I'm sure they are pricey though.

Even if i could push it to 3,000 fps, i'm still hitting the trans sonic range at about 1,700 yards.

The trick is going to be how stable is the bullet through the trans sonic range, and is it repeatable?

I'm thinking RL33...
I haven't tried anything in the slow burn range from Hodgdon.
Retumbo, or H1000?

N570 if you’re trying to get every last fps out of it.

If you want Hodgdon then you’ll need Retumbo.
