We did 225lbs total
75 lbs ring bologna
75 lbs summer sausage
75lbs snack sticks

We had all the meat pre ground, just had to weigh each 25lb batch, (we do 17lbs venison and 8 lbs pork for all of the recipes), season and stuff. We bring all the meat to an Amish guy to smoke for us. Now I am working on vac sealing it all!

The basic kits for summer sausage and the snack sticks are from Waltens and the ring bolgona is from Cabelas. Everyone in the group has their recipe though. When it is your batch, it starts with the basic spices for the kit and then you add whatever cheese and spices you want extra.
