2021 Leupold line

Have been very excited about the release, was looking into the updates on the VX3 line we all love so dearly. Other than a removable throw handle on the magnification ring I didn’t see anything different from previous years?

Any input on items you are excited about or things you wish they would have done different?

Improved glass/coatings, guts are the same. I was hoping to see the B&C reticle in the 3.5x10 but no such luck. Not sure why the did away with the LRP, I like that scope.

Anyone else notice that nearly every scope in the line now has a CDS dial?

I cant find the regular VX-Freedom 3-9 / 4-12 and the entire VX3HD line is all CDS

While I like the CDS for some applications, I certainly prefer the regular capped turrets for most of my guns.

You better get after it then.. most of it happened already since optics are just as scarce as guns and ammo. As far as changes, there is a few things I like. Most of all it was good to see the firedot on some models as there is a lot of people who like that.
