2021 controlled hunts

It's that time again. Nothing for me last year but accompanied my father in law on his successful once in a lifetime Wichita nwr cow elk hunt. Good luck everyone

On the elk hunts that are noted as walk-in only, what exactly does the walk-in imply? Designated parking area and hoofing it from there? No driving off the roadway and packing your kill out?

I know that the traditional Wichita mtns hunt you get hauled in by a ranger and dropped off. So I assume that part is skipped.

I'm in for elk and antelope this year. Baby in the way couldn't make deer work luckily we can just get a point now
