Yes. If you're over 65, or disabled. Can only do it for deer/caribou/moose, but the antlers have to be cut off the skull to "destroy" the trophy value. Which I think is stupid, considering the current WR moose was sold and to do so they had to cut the antlers were cut off the skull. They scored it before, cut it, and then panel scored it, and deducted something for the spread credit. Seems like B&C will make exceptions if its a WR moose, I guess... and thumb their nose at the intent of of the Alaska regs. Then again I'm not surprised at much of what B&C does.
