Thanks for recommendations.
Once I was in my bag for about 10min I was good but it was the getting out part in the morning that wasn't much fun.

I always fire up my jet boil and make coffee and oatmeal in my tent vestibule first thing and get dressed while it's going. You'd be amazed at the amount of warmth you can get going really quickly with such a little heat source. Makes all the differnce for me.
