I just read an AP article in the Great Falls Tribune about the Gov. vetoing 34 bills as of last night, no list though. The article said that there were about 150 bills still on his desk. So I went and looked them up. There were several that involved guns in general, like concealed weapons. There were three that related to sportsmens issues so far:

HB 290 by White Require FWP to provide upon request the analyses supporting a government act
HB 450 Wagoner involving suppressors
SB 295 Blasdel involving suppressors

He rolled the suppressor bills all in one, and signed it. So he has been vetoing the others.

SB 334 is sportsman oriented, (another do nothing bill) it's there. This is one the MWF and RMEF both stayed out of. You know a pro sportsman bill.

Thanks Shoots. I wondered why he would veto those when there was that news article stating that he changed his position on suppressors. That make sense now.

Its HB 250 that was passed Clarifying use of suppressed firearms to hunt certain wildlife is allowed
