2012 Season is officially over

Had a Whitetail Doe tag that went through today and there will be no German Sausage this year. First time deer hunting the plains and learned a lot. Looking forward to next year. Only found mule deer during the December season. Turned the dog loose in the field the last 15 minutes of the day once I realized a whitetail wasnt going to happen. Too many pheasants not to try

10 months to go until I'm back after them!

I've got an assortment of un-notched tags myself, but just being out there is good enough. You've got at least one more rooster than me this year.
