Sold: 12x16 Davis Wall tent with frame

I have a Davis Wall tent 12x16 with metal conduit frame that I purchased used in 2019. The previous owner used it two times for Colorado elk hunts around 10 days total. I have used it on three week hunts and have lived in for 5 months in 2019 and 7 months in 2021. I have kept it tarped when used and it does have some weather staining along the being used and I had a unknown hornet nest along the eave that created a hole (3” in diameter).
I only selling because I want a smaller range type wall tent or smaller 10x12 that is easier for me to haul and/or setup for quick hunts. The poles have a separate cdx plywood box for storage. The only downside is the tent is too big for me and my kids. And we normally only hunt for 4-6 days at a time. Stove is not included. I can deliver to various areas in Montana. $1000.00

Nice tent. You can patch that hole with a piece of canvas, the stitching awl, and some rubber contact cement.

Back for sale with price increase, mainly because to purchase a small size tent their prices have gone up. Asking $1300. Located in NW Montana. It’s been stored in my garage in two plastic cargo boxes since last fall. It’s just two big for myself and one or two kids to use.
