When we went to Sask. a few years back we killed somewhere in the 550 range over the course of a week. We had some high school kids up there that cleaned the birds. A buck a piece. Best 550 bucks we spent on the trip.

We use the trailer hitch Breaster in No Dak. Out in the Sacramento valley there was a couple places that would breast em for a buck or pluck and gut em for like 2 or 3. Give em to just like a chicken from the grocery store. Duck fat is a game changer for recipes.
