It sucks that Govt. workers are facing layoffs, when i was young, I faced it all the time, cant imagine what i would do at my age now.....that said, something has to be done about the spending & debt or else the house of cards will collapse & it will make the 29' depression look like a cake...- RG300

GO NOW!!!! You don't know if you have tomorrow, much less a year from now.... lessens learned on this hunt, will help in future hunts..... stay close to truck for pack out if you can, but not too close, Remember what your there for....to get an elk & cross pack out bridge when you get to it... -

Help which rifle to buy
I have a Bergara Ridgeback in .300WM Premier Edition which came at a premium price point, but the other Models are just as accurate & should do quite well for Elk. I put a Recoil Hawg muzzle brake on it, that along with the weight of the Ridgeback makes the felt recoil just a tad more than my... -
