No doubt. If you are using the finest techniques for machining and bedding and high quality components a very high performing custom can be built for about $6,000. That's a quality action, stock, bottom metal, trigger, and any barrel under the sun. I've got some of these and like them very much...

Chambering doesn't matter because the cutting is on the inside of the barrel. Threading and fluting are a problem because it will cause loose areas in the bore. Threading in particular after is the cause of a lot more accuracy issues than fluting ever did because the bore will open at the end...
Do you want interesting thoughts or wisdom? Shilen barrels are button rifled so fluting, contouring, threading, any exterior cutting needs to be done BEFORE it is rifled. This is why you don't get technical information form web forums and social media.

Oh good. Another misspelled rant by someone who cant buy a tag and thinks Landowners are getting rich from PLO tags.
They'll just drive the Elk off for cattle you goof. Speaking of whining......
I started a brokerage account for my daughter when she was very little and I didn't yet have a lot to contribute. We worked together buying and selling Growth funds and stocks for the last several years. Now she manages it mostly by herself but I have to approve her trades. She's in awesome...
I've done all of the above. Would absolutely do an SBA loan again if rates weren't so High. That is, unless you are certain you can eat beans and rice or cashflow substantially to pay the loan off in 24-30 Months. We did 7 years on the SBA for my first acquisition in 2015. The 3 companies I...
