I should be getting close. I processed a .30 cal in December and picked it up Apr 14. It was so quick I started a .22 cal the same day. Still waiting. Based on what I'm seeing here and on Rokslide I should have about 2 weeks left.
I'm contemplating another one but not sure what I'd even get. I...
I'm sitting on 10 pts each for elk and pronghorn. 7 turkey and 2 deer.
I'm hopeful for an elk tag every year but realistically I'm still 15 years out LOL
I've drawn MCAAP twice over the years. 2 years ago I got a quality pass and got to go back last year. The hunting was completely different...
The landowner contradicted himself at least twice in the video. At the beginning he admitted they weren't on his property but he was still going to sit there and harass them. Then he said he and the others were going to hunt that spot that morning, but the kids said they spoke with the others as...
I've twisted my safety chains for years to adjust length. But it wasn't until a couple of years ago that I heard about crossing the chains to form a cradle. I live in rural Oklahoma and have worked construction my entire life, pulling trailers almost every day and nobody had ever mentioned this...
Bears migrated to Oklahoma from Arkansas. That leads me to believe the bear numbers would be higher the further east you go. I hunted them once a few years ago. Found scat but never found the bears.
From my understanding, the panhandle is your best opportunity. I’ll be out there chasing pronghorn with a bow and keeping my eyes peeled for muleys.
I’ve also heard they can be found occasionally around Black Kettle and Packsaddle. I’ve hunted Packsaddle multiple times and never seen one.
+1 for this one. It has served me well. I keep an extra tripod mount base with the receiver screwed on and keep it in the side pocket of my AGC harness and it’s always handy.
Will there be/are there any Marcus the Public Lands Llama t-shirts available.
I’d also like to know how I can get my head into a Wilderness Ridge Trail Llamas cap!!!
