Dry aging meat in fridge
I've been playing with sausage maker steak wraps. They are 24"×24" collagen sheets that allow you to use a regular fridge as a drying chamber. I'm on ribeye #3 and have averaged 35-40 days. Woodworking Hunt Talkers?
We put heart pine, wide plank flooring in the bedrooms. Good chance some of these boards came off of one of my job sites, the contractor that bought the timber was selling ALOT to the mill I got the flooring from. I used extra flooring to case the doors and windows in the greatroom.- Foxtrot1

Right now I have 50 civilians working on timber sale contracts. When the weather dries up, that will be 100-120. If we aren't here, they can't work on govt lands. All from rural areas where jobs matter. It just doesn't make sense.- Foxtrot1

I've had pointers for 15 years. As a general rule now, my dogs don't go on the ground with anyone else's dog I don't know. If I know it, maybe. Too many bad experiences over the years. Better to cycle them and keep them fresh.- Foxtrot1

Tx hog outfitters recommendations
