That’s a great tag. I had it last year and was blessed with a 6x6, you will have lots of fun, country is as rough as you make it. You can chase them in the flats or the peaks it’s up to you. Find cows and you will find the bulls, best of luck. -

I have the same hunt as yourself BD, lucky for me it’s only a few hours to drive to the mountain so I’ll be up there all summer long scouting, camping and fishing. Like everybody else said there is plenty of elk to chase and it shouldn’t be a problem finding elk to hunt. Things to expect, road... -
New guy from New Mexico
New guy here, been a hanging around for a few years now just finally made an account. Southern most tip of Nm, grew up coyote hunting like a crazy guy now that I am older with less time on my hands I have transitioned into big game hunts. Excited to be here and contribute to the community.
