A few years back we stopped in the Brockway Supper Club after a long day of hunting. Ordered a double cheeseburger, served with one beef patty and two pieces of cheese! I think they have a hard time finding good help there..
I’m going on a once in many lifetimes sheep hunt in a few weeks and am torn between the 110 grain accubonds or the 120 grain partitions. Both factory loads and both group about the same at 200 yards. Or do I just pull out the 300 Weatherby Mag?
Great photos, I was the same, I just accepted the fact that I’d never hunt sheep. What a shock when I drew a Montana tag this year after 30 years of applying in multiple states. KEEP AFTER IT!!
The rifle I shoot is a MK V Ultra Lightweight and I love it, and it shoots the partitions as well as the accubonds. I know 10 grains is not a lot but I’d think the partition would hit a bit harder and stay together better?
Using factory ammo myself, was going to use 110 accubonds on my sheep hunt, changed my mind and grabbed some 120 grain partitions. Slightly heavier bullet, thinking a bit more knock down power.
