    Does anyone have a source for Rem. model seven parts. I’m trying to finish one of the custom shop barreled actions I bought from ptg. I need a complete bolt stop kit and an extractor and rivet for a remington bolt. I can’t find them anywhere. (don’t bother telling me ptg, I’m done with them)

    ‘24 Iowa Whitetail

    It was 59 degrees here yesterday, saw some deer, but none in range. Wind is blowing about 30 today and 45. My mom gave me covid so I don’t know if I’ll go out today or not. Snow and a 35 degree temp drop Sunday evening. Looking better for next week.

    The last 2 years Sam’s club has had eddie bauer down jackets for 20 bucks. Awesome value, I actually will pack an xl and a 2xl to layer when it’s really cold. Packs down to about a quart jar size.

    I have one in a Bergara. Pushing 143gr hammer hunters around 3350. It’s been hell on deer, haven’t gotten the opportunity on elk yet.

    I have a Benelli Montefeltro 20. Don’t think you’ll have any trouble with upland loads at all. It’s by far my favorite shotgun to shoot.

    Been a bfg guy for years. Starting to have doubts after my last set of ko2’s. First one came apart inside at around 10000, second at about 15000. These were e’s, may need to go heavier, put a flatbed on my 2500 and with compressor, tools, etc. it weighs around 10250#.

    Remington custom shop barreled actions. $400

    Finally got a load tuned and am ready to take it elk hunting! Loaded 160 grain stone hammer’s around 3250, pulled one in the pic, but the other 4 are .42”. I’ve got less than a grand in about a 1/2” rifle. I’m pretty pleased.
