    Agree with Ben Long about needing to put the time in. You can have a lot of close situations without getting the shot. With two people having the caller 40 or 50 yards back can be a great tactic. One I don't get to use because I hunt solo. So I use other tactics depending on the situation...

    I have been spending a solo month of September in the Colorado high country for the last seven years. It was always my dream and once I retired it became a reality. I bow hunt elk primarily. I will post a pic of last Fall's bull if I can figure out how! Tried to post one before but couldn't.
