Brown whitetail

In 07 or 08 I picked up some sheds on Dec 1. Actually from 3 different deer. It was very odd. One matching 4 point. About. 120”. Also 2 separate small 4 point sheds. Just north of Bozeman.

Compare 270 loads, Nosler 130 partition vs 140 accubond

When my wife had a moose tag in 2011 I talked to the Nosler rep when he was at sportsman’s warehouse. I asked him if she should use partitions or accubonds with the .270. He said accubonds without a doubt. They worked great.

Bullet Fragmenting?

I killed my mountain goat with 145gr eldx from a 270 WSM. 2 shots at 275 yards. Both good hits. Recovered both bullets. Going back to accubonds. Won’t trust the ELDX on an elk, especially a shoulder hit. The Eldx are accurate though.
