    I believe technically they are supposed to inspect with you there. Unfortunately, many do not know their own regulations. It also usually isn’t the best to argue the point with them. I’ve been fortunate both times flying to have them inspect the case in front of me.

    Hornady ELX - No Good for Hunting Elk???

    Take just about any bullet and someone will swear by them and someone else calls them junk. One friend has taken several elk with them and still uses them. Two other friends took elk with them but have now switched to others. I personally prefer a mono or bonded bullet.

    Maybe instead just use people you’ve bought or sold to as references for future transactions? It’s an extra step but easier than trying to maintain a list. Whatever works best though.
