    Rifle upgrade! Tikka T3x

I was planning on doing this with the factory trigger. I'm not sure what the trigger pull is out of the box, but alittle heavy compared to what I was use to.

    Rifle upgrade! Tikka T3x

Yeah, it's the Tikka T3x Lite Roughtech, chambered in .308. I actually was just looking for the T3X that was around $750, but the gun shop didn't have it. Therefore, I pulled the trigger on this one. Wife gave me okay to buy a gun, I had to act fast before she changed her mind.

    Rifle upgrade! Tikka T3x

Well I finally pulled the trigger on a new Tikka T3x and I'm very impressed. I've never owned a brand new rifle and my current hunting rifle is a 1960s Remington 700 that my grandad gave me. Let's just say that rifle has seen better days. I've always been a archery guy and rarely hunted with...

Living somewhere other than the U.S., where would you move too ?

Highlands in Scotland would be my wife's pick. I wouldn't be opposed because stag hunting and the fishing would be fun!

    Quick U.P. Vacay

All good ideas for places to check out! But if you're in the yoop, you should be having pasties for every meal. Just kidding, but for real they are good! Gravy or ketchup on them, I like ketchup!

    Florida Game Warden Murdered

Agreed. No such thing as off duty, everyone knows who you are in rural communities, everyone knows where you live. Your spouse will get asked questions at work all the time. Random people knock on your door at weird times, asking questions. But it's a rewarding career. You get to interact with...

    Stowaway gourmet

I signed up for this back in January and look forward to it every month. Every box comes with some type of "dinner" meal, variety of bars, jerky/beef sticks. I think it worth it for $33 bucks a month. Shoot some of those bars are $4-5 a piece, plus a $10-12 dehydrated/freeze dried meal, then...

    Woodworking Hunt Talkers?

Wife wanted a bench for the dinner table. In two years of marriage, I have found out that getting the honey do list done in a timely manner, equates to more days I can hunt come the fall!

Montana nonresident spring turkey and black bear hunting suspended

Kinda. Technically, any person coming into Montana has to self quarantine for 14 days. I'm only speaking for my group, but we will only be stopping for fuel in Montana to abide by this "law"
