I was on my drive to the fishing location at first light a couple of days ago. Red was on a course that was going to get close to me. I stopped and it stopped. I took a quick picture with my phone and proceeded on to the fish.

    Old Snowmobile Maintenance

Also lubricate any mechanical joints. Suspension, steering, drive chain, and take it to someone that is maintenance person for the clutches. Lubrication could have dried out and may cause some early failure. Those machines are in to good of shape for their age not to keep the collector value.

    10 Gauge Goose Gun

The OP's question in his post is about finding a 10 Gauge gun. Not about the possible shooting characteristics that may differ between a 10 Gauge and a 3" 12 Gauge.

    Rubber Overshoes for Hunting?

Muck Boots references the use of soft rubber. Probably the same as LaCrosse uses. Muck Boots make good boots but I did not see any available with the Air Grip that works very well for the wet elevation change climbing that the OP will be doing on his Kodiak Island trip. He will be up against...

    Rubber Overshoes for Hunting?

What is a Boit? What is Hard rubber? I don't even feel these boots on my calves. I feel leather boots more while wearing them then this model Lacrosse. I also wear these with a pant leg (layer) being tucked into the calf section of the boot. If you haven't, you should try it some time.

    Stainless steel tumbler?

I have not. The diameter of tumbler I use and the amount of water in it when it is running prevents any gravitational impacts to the brass. The water as a fluid also slows tumbling movement to prevent fast impact as it tumbles. The pins are just tough objects that rub the surfaces inside and out...

    Stainless steel tumbler?

I just took a picture of my set up. This was my brass. About 70 minutes of run time on these reloads. Also about 20 drops of Dawn dish soap and water level close to full in the tumbler.

    Stainless steel tumbler?

I use stainless pins for all my loads. I did one load for a friend and he gave me some Federal brass that was a bit ugly compared to what I normally work with. This was 3 hours in the stainless tumbler. Load was for his first trip out antelope hunting in Wyoming. The only picture of that brass...

    Sunday Pic of the Day

I have hunted and trapped for 30 plus years within .3 miles up stream and down stream of this area. I have never gone into to it until Friday of this week. Now I know why the deer movement was the way it was around it too. Looking at a topographic map it shows 100 feet of elevation drop in a 500...

    Foot Hold/Connibear Trap Ban.

Wildlife is run at the State level and this bill is going to try and change wildlife management methods to the federal level. This should crash very quickly.

    Flock Shooting, Does It Work?

I should have been more specific that this example was not specific to Goldeneye. Waterfowl and some game birds also land with this flight approach. If it was a target species you are after is the goal of this photo. Goldeneye do not taste great to me either. But I do know people that like...
