Guaranteed issue individual insurance which is highly subsidized by the government, it is also highly regulated ergo it is also high cost if you don't get the Advanced premium tax credit. Well I can tell that here in the Middle of Nowhere we are seeing more people from Western Montana moving here. It makes sense in a way but I suspect one good winter, like a repeat of 2010-11, would thin out the herd. Real estate is crazy here as well. Nemont- Nemont
