I bought this about a year ago, but have only worn it two or three times. It's in excellent to like new condition, and I still have the tags (not pictured). Figured it should go to someone who will get more use out of it than I have and will. A new one sells for $130 on First Lite's website...
Personally, I'd go with none of the above. OnX works outside of cell coverage if you download your maps ahead of time, and with the availability of portable recharge devices my handheld GPS hasn't left my house in a couple of years.
Interesting. I've hunted 73 for over 25 years and my experience is that I see fewer and fewer hunters most years. This year I hunted two days (no need for more since my wife and I both filled our tags) and only saw one other hunter. Maybe I've got the last best spot in the unit?
I'd be curious for an update on this. I just bought a MR Mule and I rigged my Gun Bearer like the Stone Glacier version because I prefer to carry behind the shoulder as opposed to under the arm.
I started upgrading clothing a few years ago and now I've got (and love) a few merino pieces. I absolutely consider it a good switch from my old cotton or poly duds, but I also somehow managed to do a lot of hunting and get along just fine in "lesser clothing" for a lot of years. I say go with...
Pretty much my experience as well. I figured if they trusted their annuity salesman more than me I should be happy to see them go.
Some sweet karma I just heard of today: Two CPAs at the firm where my clients went once they left me have had their licences suspended. I know this particular firm...
I lost a few large clients because I wouldn't give these transactions my blessing a couple of years ago. Is it wrong there's a small part of me that hopes the IRS nails their asses to the wall?
I suppose what's busy to one may not be to others, but in my experience September is still pretty crowded relative to what it's like the first few days of October. But I've also never been during the summer madness either. If you've never been to Yellowstone, it's certainly worth a visit to...
I used to carry with a round chambered. A few years back after busting through some maples I took my rifle off my shoulder for a break and noticed that the three position safety on my bolt action rifle had been moved all the way from safe to fire. Scared the shit out of me, and I consider...
Looked around for a few minutes and couldn't find the answer to the question I'm about to ask, so I figured this would be an appropriate place to do so: With all the day-by-day YouTube series getting posted, and no new episodes on Amazon Prime for months, are there going to be any more...
