Not quite. I lived in NM many years. the pods and the ground pure product are “chile”. Red sauce such as enchilada sauce is red chile sauce. but the meaty Red Chili is correctly called Chili and made from chiles.
100%. for some of us Chili is personal and how it is made means everything. For me it means most often using large cubes of meat instead of ground and preferring to use a mix of a couple different type of whole dried chile pods at the start of the cook. And pureeing the pods after get them...
The answer lies in the early roots of Texas red chili. Just bad form to include beans. Beans are a 'filler' and detract from the pure goodness of a great pot of chili as do any other filler. Taste great but still a filler that detracts from the pure chili experience.
I love beans and eat them...
Will never understand why people buy overpriced chili mixes. There are a small handful ingredients in a good batch of red chili. It is incredibly simple to make just tasting your way to the final product that suits you. Green chili is even simpler.

If you are a new hunter, howe is it you would have shot at 500 yards "if knew what was behind them"? Do you have know proficiency shooting at 500 yards? I surely do not so wouykld not have shot at that distance. If you have not practiced past 500 yards I would think you have no business ever...
