    2023 Montana Draw!!!!

Shocked that all of my FWP burner accounts failed to draw an elk tag, even after I party tag applied them all.

    2023 Montana Draw!!!!

It's a really smart way to generate some extra click revenue. Kudos FWP!

    2023 Montana Draw!!!!

Degree of confidence that FWP comes out of this year's drawings without issue?

SB 442 - Habitat and Access

What's unclear for me Ben is what happens to HB442 if HB669 passes....or vise versa.

Two Competing Bills Aim to Settle Cannabis Tax Revenue Debate https://flatheadbeacon.com/2023/03/31/two-competing-bills-aim-to-settle-cannabis-tax-revenue-debate/ Didnt like this double barrel shot gun approach to legislation earlier in the session and I still don't like it now. There should...

SB 298 - Crossbow bill rears its ugly head

Are you excited for Tuesday or what?

HB 372 Right to Hunt, Fish and Trap

That's weird because it still leaves open the potential for strengthening the argument for corner crossings which they sure would oppose.

    Montana point Fluke???

I noticed the issue the other night when I put my kid (16) in for his elk & buck permits. I elected to enter his MSG apps as well. I was surprised to see he has more points than years hunting. He should have 4 MSG points from ages 12,13,14, and 15. It's definitely giving a point for applying...

Bozeman: is it really that bad anymore?

Can't believe this thread is still kicking. Who knows maybe HT needs hyper local city pages, not just state pages...maybe from there Randy will develop a subsection...."single white male hunter in search of".....your thread then completes the sentence. "...SWFH with magnum rifle primers" or...

SB 298 - Crossbow bill rears its ugly head

@Ben Lamb , new strategy find one legislator like this person in Nebraska.

HB 372 Right to Hunt, Fish and Trap

Agreed.....which one would think would serve as a strong message to our state legislatures and GG that there is a major gap in trust right now.

HB 372 Right to Hunt, Fish and Trap

Thanks for sharing. That explains why the stockgrowers are against it. I would think that would put UPOM on the side of conservationists which is rare. It's an interesting take on "current means and methods" if you apply it to Wyoming.....we're thinking of "current means and methods" in...

Bozeman: is it really that bad anymore?

I'm saddened that you know and that I know what the train station is. I'm more saddened that you seem to be spending more time on HT than on editing film.

Bozeman: is it really that bad anymore?

I don't have the tell tale I had this feeling in the pit of my stomach that the guest picker on College Game Day was going to be Kevin Costner. While I wasn't a fan of Sir Nick Faldo, I thought Craig Kilborn was an obvious choice, but either way REALLY glad isn't anyone from the Yellowstone cast.

Bozeman: is it really that bad anymore?

It's all fun n' games until the accountant gets involved....there ain't no hidin' from the numbers  . Speaking of hiding, there is one ancillary beneficiary to the negative "6"....that's RMEF with all the money they make on the 6ers who buy RMEF plates in order to conceal their sixiness...

HB 372 Right to Hunt, Fish and Trap

It's so innocuous looking that it would probably pass on a ballet. Need to stop it before it gets to that point.

HB 372 Right to Hunt, Fish and Trap

@Ben Lamb are you able to synthesize these thoughts across the other conservation groups to see if we have mutual agreement that this is not a good bill? Might be an opportunity to jointly work with MOGA, MWF, etc on stopping a bill. Is it still in committee slated for comment?
