Approximately 2.5 hours at 275. Been using this recipe with various different spice mixes: https://www.smoking-meat.com/january-18-2020-how-to-smoke-chicken Someone earlier on this thread mentioned that site. Lots of good info and recipes for all types of smoking.- INMT

What about science vs logic vs fear?Again, prion diseases (transmissible spongiform encephalopathy) have and can jump the species barrier. I think the antis would have more of a hey day if it jumps the barrier vs an extra allocated tag. I eat untested deer, not arguing that side, just saying...- INMT

Apples to oranges. Car accidents happen everyday no matter what. This is an unknown where other prion diseases have jumped the barrier. I’ve never had one test positive so that will be a bridge to cross. Definitely wouldn’t feed to my girls. Not sure what I’d do. Most game agencies offer new...- INMT
