Late to this but wanted to comment. I'd like to try yoga I think. I'm as flexible as a board. But I like a cardio aspect to my workouts. For those who do yoga, does it get the heart rate up to 165-170? Or do I need to go to Pilates? That seems like a better fit for what I like, as far as a core...
Never tried the concord grape juice, but I'm a fan of blueberry green tea at night for the antioxidants. I drink so damn much coffee the caffine doesn't keep me up.
Had to reply to this due to the comment about Propel and moderate exercise. I'm a huge Propel guy. Love the stuff for around the farm when I'm sweating buckets. Thought it'd would be the bomb for a hunt. Couldn't have been more wrong. Had a long hard day and drank 2 liters with Propel and felt...

Congrats! Had to be fun after dark. :) That is why when I lived in AK we always quit hunting by 5:00pm. Besides the general PITA, didn't want to be dealing with fresh meat, blood, and big toothy critters after dark.
Build points in WY for deer and elk.
Long shot UT elk draw...keep building points there
