2024 Idaho draw results…
I got my congrats blue antelope card today for a hunt i last applied for and drew in 2021. 2022 was penalty box, 2023 didn't draw different unit, this year drew a different unit and have already purchased tag and didnt get a postcard. Dropped onx and went to Gaia
Gaia has all the mvum info but doesn't present it as good as onx does (my opinion) but am thinking will get use to it. I am more curious now about accuracy with maps showing roads that are actually just cattle trail or ribbon cliffs or other land features that somehow was interpreted as a...- ccc23454

Dropped onx and went to Gaia
Gaia has both a public and private land ownership layer. There is 100s of map and overlay combo that you basically develop as you like. A lot more complex than onx but also much higher quality imaging.- ccc23454

I asked again cause thread took a wild turn by page 3 about onx owners plus wasn't sure if anyone had any new info. So far significantly improved imagery and topos I am completely impressed with, nice not having western wyoming buried in snow on maps.- ccc23454

Made the swap, tired of issues with onx and trying out Gaia. So far i like app and map selection is incredible, i really like the topo choices. One thing i noticed so far is i like the way onx shows MVUM roads better but that is likely just going to take getting use to or finding a different...- ccc23454

States Big Game Draw results
Idaho clearly the worse with a 2nd draw after seasons have started . I always find it funny that the state that does generals the year prior draws 2nd controlled tags after some seasons start. In the middle of those dates they reissue the same crap tags 5 times for a 80% refund, what scam but...- ccc23454

@onX Hunt Recent update causes constant app shutdowns and freezes. Sometimes when turn screen on will ask if i want to resume track and then shutdown app after couple mins of locked screen. Real pain when everytime you use app takes multiple trys to save tracks or add waypoint, fix coming...- ccc23454
