Baits been a little slow lately. My bets spot it’s not sending pictures. Hopefully it’s taking them at least. Now is a time of year when old school cameras are the way to go. Even tho cell cams are lots of fun they don’t like the cold- Sask hunter

Bear Hide ideas - lets see yours
Have some half mounts rugs and lots tanned. Now I’m at the point he’s got to be big or special somehow for me to do anything. Take the meat and skull and leave the hide.- Sask hunter

Started cutting tonight as the shop isn’t heated and it’s starting to get too cold in there. Hanging weight of 146. I always forget how little meat they have compared to even a small elk. Each muscle group off the hind quarter is about one good sized roast only lol. My spike elk went 252 this...- Sask hunter

Ok here’s the story. Weatherman was calling for a north wind all day which would allow me to hunt the stand I wanted. It was NE when I got out there and stayed that way all day.
