    I ran rear vbar chains on the rear of my 13 ram 1500 with 285-70-17 bf ta ko2. I did use zip ties to pull the break line in to make a little more space. No way to even run cables on the front.

    Elk in NE WY can be really transient. You could always grab a cow tag and a deer tag go out and fill the freezer then see if its worth the points and cash for a bull tag.
