    The Last 30 mins on the last day a whole herd came out the timber on to a sage flat where we were driving down the 2-track road.     We'll be taking the Elk Slayer, many critters have fallen to its accuracy. 7mm STW! I've been killing bulls with it for over 20 years now. It loves 180 Bergers and Retumbo. My oldest boy killed his bull last year at 980 yds. So fingers crossed.

    I appreciate the info. Can't be any worse than our trip this year in Unit 66. That was a zoo. However we did see a few good bucks, mostly dead ones. I hunted 36b, 20 years ago and it was ok. I understand the 16-17 winter took alot out of the deer population. Probably wolves as well.
