Euro mount stink
The horns HAVE to be removed before the head is put in the beetles. If not 2 things happen 1 you get that rotting smell from inside the sheath. 2 once the beetles eat everything on the head they move onto the horns. Boat Rental info around Fairbanks for 2016 Moose
If you plan to run the Chena River you are in for a real treat. I would think real hard about the last post. 3500.00 is a lot of money to go to find out you don't have a boat that fits your needs. spend the extra money and fly in and float out with Pristine Ventures. My best find was a mammoth tooth in Alaska North of the Brooks range. Took it to the museum and they verified it was indeed a tooth. I was very heavy and we where on a float trip so weight was a big deal so we broke it in half to bring out just a piece... Dam that was stupid :( Another time...- Muley Crazy

WOW lots of lucky tag holders this year in that unit. I also drew the rifle tag Nov 6 to the 20th Can't wait to get down there and see what I can turn up. I did talk to a fish and game buddy. Yes brymoore I would guess that the casher who typed in the hunts flip flopped the units you asked for 1 choice and 2nd choice therefore you drew your 2nd choice but in reality it was your frist choice. Human error is my guess.- Muley Crazy
