Ruger or Savage
Get one of each. I have the Ruger American .243 and a Savage Axis II .270. They have become my favorite guns. I put a Vortex scope on both of them and I shoot them more often than my higher dollar guns. -

I need tires, what's the recommendation?
Go with KO2's again. I put them on my suburban and love them. I have been running Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac on my Dodge 3500, but am not happy with the wear of them so I will be switching to the KO2's as soon as I wear out the Goodyears. I have 2 75% ish good tires due to road hazard issues...- wolfpup

I just picked up the Coleman cabin 6 person tent with instant set up on amazon prime day yesterday for $110. Can't really beat that price for the few days a summer I will tent camp with my 2 girls. We take the 5th wheel most places so no real need to fancy or the best for what I do with it.- wolfpup

I would look at the transom for rot... which is harder as it probably has an aluminum shell, but look at the rivets and see if they are loose. Love me most bourbons.... but the $100 ones are good, $60 taste the same to me. My favorite is Basil Hayden, but Yellowstone sure does hit the spot. I basically use those on the rocks or making old fashioned. If I am mixing, Jim Beam always hits the spot.- wolfpup
