Stupidest Mistake Hunting

What size is your scope objective? I need the lowest setup on a T3X Lite for a VX5HD with a 42mm bell. Not sure if I want to get the medium backcountry one piece or go with the 2 piece steel base and low rings.

Typical vs, Non-Typical

All depends on how much junk is on a non-typical. Sort of like a woman's trunk, I only prefer a slight amount of junk

I would say it's a toss up between 270 and 30-06. But I recently found a hot load in .270 with the Barnes TTSX 110gr that is absolutely devastating on any game. So I say 270 because of the mass availability and lower cost.
