My last day buck

After putting the bullet on a scale it weighs 110.5 grains from 168 so like said above it lost a few pieces of the mushroom. I hit the bull hard quarter away in the last rib back and found the bullet in the neck on the other side. Very good penetration, I think I'll try them some more now.- PAGOAT

6 day combo hunt in Montana starts November 7th
Everyone is different but I would bring 2 sets of base layers and wear the same outer layers all week. Save the "nice" clothes your flew out in for the trip home after a shower at the hotel after hunting. I always over pack too. -

Barnes ttsx mushroom ?
This is the bullet I got out of my moose. I expected more of a mushroom I guess. Is this the results others have had with the ttsx ? It's a 168 out of a 300 wsm.- PAGOAT

We had a great time in Canada this year, the drive and ferry all went smooth. Hunting trip meals
Sausage gravy frozen in vacuum bags and biscuits in another. Heat in hot water on your stove.. That's a good tail gate breakfast I must say. Really anything you like for breakfast just freeze in a vacuum seal bag and bring to a boil on the stove. We do the same for dinner. Baked mac and cheese...- PAGOAT
