    i have a feeling that when the new price structure hits for the "special" in 2024 or 2025 that maybe the "gen" elk in special might acually become more available or posibly a 2nd choice//sure gonna be spendy for a gen elk tag $$1950 wow///count me out,,reg is spendy enough.

    i added a chinese diesel heater to mine as a 2nd heat source and have had some issues with it so far,,it works nice when it doesnt throw a 8 or 10 code,,,i still have my propane ashley heater on my wall as my main heat source though,,as i dont trust the chinese diesel heater to work everytime...

    i tried a elk shank in my new insta pot,,took about 1 1/2 hrs and it still was medioker,,ok for a pulled type of sandwitch ,but was hoping it came out better..still had that wierd layering in the meat,,what did i do wrong?//how long should i try osobucco 1" thick in a instata pot?

    ive found saran wrapped and paper wrapped maxis out at about the 2 year ball park//ive found vac packed with my food saver,some packages 8+ yrs old now and still look and taste like the day i put them in,,,there is a occational package that sometimes looses it vac ,but not very many.
