    I saw something last year about how you could apply with your license from last year as long as you haven't passed the purchase date. Is this true? Has anyone done this before? What happens if you draw but they notice you don't have a active license?

    My brother with an uprooted tree while elk hunting. We found about 10 of these in the same field. I'm guessing its from the wind. Second pic is a double rainbow I got to see antelope hunting.

    Not sure when it opens but they were due last year on the 9th. This year it says on the regs that "Hunt Permit Application Deadline is Tuesday, Feb. 14 2017"

    As said the past 5 or so years they've been 100%. Though I think last year was the first year in awhile there were some who didn't draw. You'd have to be very unlucky to not get drawn
