Never been to this show due to living in Pa but we have a big one going on now in Harrisburg They are all probably alike I dont go very often unless I need to look at some gear before I buy it and its their. I am always amazed with the folks that wear their hunting camo or gear boots ect mine... -

New bow sight for next year
I have a spot hog fast eddie mine has 2 dots on same pin and I love it was always a 4 pin guy 20,30,40,50 but at 60 was having issues seeing the pins this changed that if my top dot is at 20 2nd dot is at abt 34 so for most archery shots their is no need to adjust anything -

Called airline again and talked with a guy in AZ he said cooler are no issue web site says no coolers just wanted to be sure -

Hunt Talker 2023 Fitness Goals
At 60 in few weeks 5 11 and 187lbs blood pressure 126 over 70 just had it checked but hadn't been out west for a few yrs due to covid trained all last yr for sept elk and even tho I thought I was good an ready it was tougher than ever before I guess its a bit of living at 300 ft above sea level...- dgc1963

I have had issues with getting Idaho tags since the new system so went with an outfitter this yr good unit good bulls and will drive to Co. after for dyi in the back country maybe get lucky in 2 states never did that before- dgc1963

IM 100% in agreement on this I should have added its a much bigger accomplishment to go into a UL unit in Montanna and harvest a 3/4 ram . Than having FU money to go anywhere and get any tag you want- dgc1963

He can't retrieve ducks or geese The average chipmunk will kick his butt I tell everyone he's a mini lab I had 4 tell we lost charlie Tammy always had shih tzu dogs I didn't want another dog after Charlie But he's so much fun everything's a game to him even running in circles around my feet in yard- dgc1963

2023 plans for sept
The Elk hunt didnt go well I was in that heat wave in early sept the temps they were calling for when I left Pa were in 90s in town but it changed when I was driving out to abt 105 in town 90s up in the Messa so moved to different area where I saw the Moose I dont use my phone a lot but this... -

One and Done States/Species?
With me being 60 in feb I have stopped much of my applying for very low chance tags Goat ,Moose ,Sheep and paying for a guided hunt like goat in BC due to allocated tags yes it cost some $ but to me its worth it due to time If I was still 35 or 40 would still be building points- dgc1963
