@kansasdad and any other Kansans on here, please pay attention to these house bills and spread the word. The committee these bills currently sit in is led by Corbet, the same guy that introduced the bills, and most of that committee is not public hunter friendly.
It is time to start contacting your legislators to let them know what you think about the currently introduced bills. We will be sending action alerts urging you to contact committees and legislators about specific bills if and when hearings are held. So stay alert and act fast. These hearings...
Here’s a couple. My recollection is that these were both close to 260. Cant remember exact measurements.
1st one is my first bull from NM and the biggest body old bull i’ve killed. he’s an even 5x5. 2nd bull is a OTC CO bull. he’s 6x6 but the 5th on the left side is only a couple inches long.
Been there. prly 4-5 years ago accidentally selected a cow tag. At that time they actually let me send in a paper application to override my online application. Or at least they said that was how it works. Every year doing my AZ app I just can’t believe how crappy their process is.
Now that we’re all in agreement, does anyone find the new version of Daves show (like last 4 years) to be completely insufferable? I used to listen quite a bit. Every once in a while a new scenario would be presented and I would learn something. Now it’s just a bunch of bad sales people...
That is a specific project in a specific place. very different than trying to influence land and energy management in the entire country. I don’t like large solar operations one bit, and hopefully there is a change of course by the next administration.
my understanding is that its 22 million acres that are available, up to 700,000 would be utilized. Still makes me sick. 700,000 acres of ruined public land.
i use a very similar bag and do what you are describing. The only noodles that will hydrate that way in my experience are angel hair noodles. other noodles stay pretty crunchy.
Do you actually cook it in camp then, or just add water? i’ve experimented with just adding water to these and haven’t gotten them to fully hydrate.
My go-to is idahoan potatoes mixed with some dehydrated vegetables, dehydrated hamburger with salt and pepper. I could eat that daily.
Sucks to...
Thanks Ben. We’ll be at the capitol tomorrow so hopefully we can get some more context. It’s moving fast so that just has us concerned about some ulterior motives.

go here, figure out who your representatives are and let them know that you oppose x bill/bills and why you oppose them.
The only kicker is that the bill reads that those tags don’t count towards the NR tag pool. This is just a sneaky way of adding more NR tags. Im a former resident and would likely benefit but im strongly opposed to this. IA NR shotgun tags are already easy to get. I hunt in Iowa every year...
Im sure there are some good people in this organization. Their actions are interesting to say the least. I personally wouldn’t give them a nickel or a second of my time, but I have to believe that they mean well.
Maybe Im just sour because they showed up late to the party in KS, acted like...
one of those bills wants to allow depredation permits to be used in any county. How do these guys dream this stuff up.
