Northern Breaks elk suggestions
The only benefit to hunting opening day is you have a particular bull scouted. Other than that later in season is maybe cooler, less people which is a big plus imo. Not sure which units you have but the central north breaks a wheeler may be less useful than on either end. We can only pray that... -
Good food in Rawlins?
Su casa is good, so is the lariat for Mexican food. Mike's bar and grill was good when I lived there. Aspen house also had good steaks- teamhoyt

What am I doing wrong? Mine has the same issues still. Did you delete all your maps and resave? Airplane mode? Wi-Fi off? I click on "go offline " and scroll down to map, click it, cursor moves to saved map, screen stays white, scroll back up and offline is no longer highlighted. There was a...- teamhoyt

Region 7 mule doe tags
I spoke with our local biologist and she said the commission set these tag quotas before they even completed their surveys. Apparently the commission don't give a s about science. Of course we all know that by the elk season structure. -

Ok 1st pic showing the map that didn't load with no delete option 2nd pic showing the unhilighted offline button after selecting it then scrolling down to select my map, when I select the map the cursor moves to the map area but map stays white and the offline button goes to go offline...- teamhoyt

So I have an samsung galaxy 8, the problem I'm having trouble with is I downloaded my offline maps at the 10 mile range, all but one was successful but the one that was unsuccessful doesn't have the option to delete it. The main problem however is when I switch to offline it moves to the map...- teamhoyt

Mechanicals for elk
I've killed lots of elk with numerous kinds of expandable broadheads. From 5-70 yards. Never an issue. Blown clean through them on lots of occasions.
