    If you are not willing to move, the inflated value of your house is a bit of a negative because you now get to pay taxes based on its value. I eventually will have to move.

    The ballistic tip was indeed changed from the original design that came out many years ago. I happen to have some that have been sitting on the shelf since the 1980s. They were explosive when traveling fast. The new design is much tougher and is a very good bullet.

    When I got out of high school a million bought 50 older 2-bedroom houses where I live. Today it will buy 3 of the same houses. Kids today are screwed.

    Statistically, most people can't do simple math. In 40 years your million will likely turn into $200,000 or the equivalent. When I was a kid a million made you rich, today it doesn't.
