    In my AZ town there are these horrendous pick up and drop off lines that go around the block. I asked about it and apparently the kids have to stand and wait for their parent’s vehicle to pull up front. These schools are all within walking distance of the neighborhoods the kids are from.

    I haven’t followed every detail… But if I’m understanding correctly, the appeal is filed on the grounds that NEPA, wasn’t followed? The appeal didn’t have to do with anccess and easement rights?

    I’ve ridden a snowmobile up to a coyote and killed it a few times I probably wouldn’t do that now, but I don’t feel that bad about it either. Thats a lot different than capturing and torturing an animal of any kind.
