There well be one or two over the 400 mark with several between 360 and 380 up here. If you get in the perfect spot they will be feeding on private and coming to bed just barely on the public . It should be a great hunt. -

Law Enforcement on Public Lands
The county I live in is 1.74 million acres and we have no resident game warden and 1 Sheriff. Every now and then you will see a HP but not often. Pretty rural and pretty quiet.- Dakota79

2023 Montana Draw!!!!
I have not studied Montana's regulations thoroughly but does a person with 20 bonus points have a better chance of drawing a tough to draw LE unit than somebody with 2 bonus points? I'm just picking these numbers for an example. I honestly don't know is why I am asking. If not then you are...- Dakota79

Sh*t our kids do
My parents never got a skid steer to clean out the barn and corrals until us three boys were gone. We loaded the cow cake into the pickup with a scoop shovel and once again once us three boys were gone an overhead bin was purchased. It's funny how those things show up in the budget all of a sudden.- Dakota79

Western South Dakota (and nearby) Residents
In 5 or 6 weeks I don't imagine you'll have any trouble as far as snowfall goes around the area.There's been quite a bit of snow this year but the forecast looks pretty promising and you should be good to go.- Dakota79
